PINE HONEY 1Kg

At the end of summer we transfer our hives to the pine forests of Northern Evia, from where we collect the pine honey.
An exceptional type of honey, derived from the honey secretions of the insect Marchalina hellenica, also known as the pine worker.
The high nutritional value of pine honey is due to the large number of different substances and trace elements that coexist in its composition.
It has a mild sweet taste, low sugar concentration, and a very slow rate of crystallization, about one to two years.
